The General Council comprises three vice-presidents and 26 members: 11 representatives appointed by Barcelona Municipal Council; 12 representatives appointed by the Chamber of Commerce; and three employers from the Barcelona Promotion Foundation, and the general manager of the Consortium, among others. The Executive Committee is chaired by a member of the Chamber of Commerce appointed by its president, and also has two vice-presidents. The Committee also comprises three members of the Municipal Council and three others from the Chamber of Commerce, an employer from the Barcelona Promotion Foundation and the general manager of the Consortium, among others.
